Hi! I’m a seasoned business consultant and certified Trauma & Resilience Life Coach (TRLC). I help my clients dismantle the undue influence of their trauma in life, career, and business—and we have fun doing it!
My specialty is assisting folks with adverse experiences from high-control or coercive organizations and relationships. This includes, but is certainly not limited to: cults, gurus, abusive bosses, religions, domestic violence, labor trafficking, multilevel marketing, combat PTSD, military sexual trauma, authoritative parenting, and childhood trauma.
I have two business degrees: BBA & MBA. My graduate studies focused on marketing psychology, consumer behavior, and the power of (cult) influence. I have a wide range of other certifications and credentials too.
